1. Nature of the service

We provide an administrative service: preparing and filing the formation documents of a limited liability company (LLC) in Iowa in your name, liaising with a registered agent, preparing the EIN and D-U-N-S applications, and guiding you through platform and bank setups.

We are not a law firm, an accounting firm or a financial institution and we do not give legal or tax advice. What we provide is execution experience. Consult an accountant or lawyer for your specific situation.

2. Your obligations

Provide accurate data matching your valid passport; confirm that you are the real and sole beneficial owner and that the business is legal in Iraq and the United States.

Respond to our requests (signing forms, confirming the name) within a reasonable time. Delays on your side delay execution and are not counted in the published durations.

Meet the company’s yearly obligations (registered agent renewal, periodic report, tax filings) whether or not you subscribe to Annual Care.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include the Iowa state formation fee and the registered agent for the first year. EIN and D-U-N-S are free from the authorities; you pay our service fee.

Payment is by card through the Al Qaseh gateway. An order is confirmed when the gateway confirms a successful payment. Amounts may be converted to Iraqi dinars at the gateway’s rate.

4. What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee acceptance by any bank, payment platform, app store or advertising platform (including Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal, Google, Meta and Apple). Those are independent decisions of those parties.

We do not guarantee specific processing times of government bodies (the state, the IRS, D&B); durations on the site are estimates from our experience.

We are not liable for any tax or legal consequence of neglecting yearly obligations or using the company for unlawful activity.

5. Right to refuse

We may refuse any order before execution if the name does not match the passport, the passport is invalid, the activity is illegal or suspicious, or fraud indicators appear — with a full refund.

6. Limitation of liability

In all cases our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

7. Passport data and privacy

We process your data and passport image under the Privacy Policy. The passport image is deleted automatically 90 days after handover.

8. Refunds

Payments are subject to the Refund Policy published on the site, which forms part of these terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. We seek to resolve any dispute amicably first via info@cotreeiq.com.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published when you submitted your order applies.
