Refund Policy

1. Before the formation is ordered

If you cancel before we order the formation from the State of Iowa (usually within 24 hours of payment), we refund the full amount to the same card.

If we reject your order at the review stage, we refund in full.

2. After the formation is ordered

State fees and registered-agent fees already paid are non-refundable because they were paid to third parties.

Fees for services not yet started (such as EIN, D-U-N-S or Payoneer if cancelled before they begin) are refunded in full.

Services already started (such as a submitted SS-4) are non-refundable.

3. Never refundable

A bank or platform rejecting your account after correct documents were delivered, because we do not guarantee third-party decisions.

Government delays within the published estimated durations.

Incorrect data you provided that required re-filing.

4. Annual Care

Fully refundable within 14 days of subscribing if no service has started; afterwards pro-rata for the remaining months minus what was paid to third parties.

5. How to request

Send your request to info@cotreeiq.com or WhatsApp with your order number. Refunds are executed through the payment gateway to the same card within 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
